"Nice clippers, rough shipping"
I ordered from andis.com, and the actual product was totally fine, like the clippers worked, the parts were there, nothing seemed used or weird, and it looked like what I expected. But the packaging was a letdown. The box came in crushed on one side, kind of like it had been dropped, shoved under something heavy, or tossed around in the truck, and there really wasn’t much padding inside to keep it from moving around.
Nothing was completely broken, so I guess it could’ve been worse, but it didn’t feel protected at all, especially for the price. I mean, for clippers, I’d expect more than just a basic box situation, maybe some bubble wrap, tighter inserts, extra paper, foam, literally anything. It just made me a little nervous opening it, and I’d probably think twice before ordering direct again.

"Found the clipper parts I needed"
I needed a replacement blade and a couple of small parts for my Andis clippers, and I found them on the site quickly. It was nice not having to buy a whole new clipper just because a few pieces needed replacing.
Checkout was simple, and the parts fit fine once they arrived. I am really glad they still carry parts for older models too.

"Honestly really happy with these clippers"
I got these from andis.com to groom my doodle at home, and overall I just feel really good about them. They cut through his coat smoothly and didn’t tug much, even in the thicker areas, which was a big deal for me. It took a little bit to get the hang of using them, and they did get warm after a while, but it wasn’t anything that ruined the experience. Shipping was totally fine too. They’re not exactly perfect, but compared to the cheap clippers I had before, these feel like a huge upgrade.

"Sharp right out of the package"
I ordered replacement blades from andis.com and they were sharp as soon as I put them on. They cut through my dog’s coat smoothly with no pulling or snagging, which I’ve definitely had happen with some cheaper blades from other brands. These felt cleaner and more reliable right away. Overall, I’m really happy with them.

"I’ve usually been loyal to..."
I’ve usually been loyal to Wahl, so I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about switching over to this Andis trimmer. But the charging speed surprised me in a good way. I forgot to plug it in before using it and it still got ready quicker than I expected. It’s not absolutely perfect, but it’s been solid enough that I’m starting to question my usual brand loyalty a little.

"To be fair, it does work fine..."
To be fair, it does work fine overall, but it feels a bit heavy in the hand and the balance seems slightly off. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed while using it.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered these clippers expecting them to show up around the time they said they would, but the shipping dragged on way longer than expected. I kept checking the tracking and waiting around, which felt like such a waste of energy. The whole delivery process was just frustrating.

"Good accessories, just not quite perfect"
I grabbed a few clipper guards and a replacement blade from andis.com, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality feels solid, the guards snap on nice and snug, and they don’t have that cheap flimsy feel some other ones do.
Shipping was decent, not the fastest but nothing to really complain about. One of the guards had a small rough edge that I had to smooth out myself, so I’d say for customers expecting everything to be perfect right out of the box, that might be a little annoying. Still, I’m happy with what I got and would order again.

"Turns into a little hand-warmer way too fast"
I ordered this from Andis and, to be fair, the shipping was totally fine. No drama there, no “where is my package” adventure, so credit where it’s due.
The problem is the clipper itself. After about 10–15 minutes, this thing starts acting like a tiny space heater with blades. It gets hot enough that holding it becomes uncomfortable, and I had to keep stopping to let Captain Toasty cool down before I could keep cutting.
When it’s cool, it cuts okay, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. But if you’re trying to do a full haircut, the constant heat breaks are really annoying and make it hard to recommend
"I don’t know, this thing just doesn’t do..."
I don’t know, this thing just doesn’t do the job like it should. It pulls at my hair while I’m using it, which is annoying, and then it still leaves random uneven spots behind. I’ve tried going over the same areas a few times, but it comes out patchy every time.

"Customer service was hit or miss"
I noticed the pattern was basically: wait a while, get a reply, then wait some more. To be fair, they did fix my issue in the end, but the whole process felt slower and less smooth than I expected. Not awful, just kind of average...

"New blade did the trick"
I ordered a replacement blade from andis.com and it fit my clippers without any issues. Shipping took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Once I put it on, the clippers were cutting clean again, which was nice to see. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I didn’t have to replace the whole clipper.
"Surprised they haven’t failed on me yet"
I’ve had these Andis clippers for years, i keep expecting something to go wrong, especially after dropping them a few times. But somehow they still run like they’re new. The blades haven’t gotten loose or weird either, which is usually where I’d expect problems to start. I’m picky about stuff breaking down, but these have held up way better than I thought they would.

"Just feels really good to use"
I don’t know exactly how to explain it, but this just feels right in my hand. Even when I’m using it for a while, it doesn’t get annoying or uncomfortable. I really like it...

"Not great for daily pro work"
I bought this Andis expecting it to handle regular shop use, but it really didn’t. After a short time the power started feeling weak, the blades heated up fast, and I felt like I was practically begging it to get through each client. It slowed me down way more than it should have, and I started to resent using it. For something meant for professional use, it just didn’t hold up like I expected.

"Felt good at first, but didn’t hold up"
I bought an Andis trimmer thinking it would be a solid, reliable one, especially for the price. At first it worked well, so I thought I made a good choice. But after a few months it started cutting unevenly and got noticeably louder. I cleaned it and took care of it like the instructions said, but it still didn’t really improve. i feel a little misled because I expected better quality and longevity from this brand. Disappointing overall.

"Battery actually lasts longer than expected"
I was ready to be annoyed by another trimmer that dies halfway through the week, but this Andis surprised me. I used it all week and only had to charge it once. The battery life is actually really solid, which is a relief because I’m tired of babysitting every device I own.

"Decent clippers, but a pain to clean"
The clippers cut fine, but keeping them clean has been more annoying than I expected. Little hairs get trapped in all the tiny spots, and I feel like I’m oiling them way more often than I should. They kind of remind me of my old barber’s clippers that always needed constant fussing with. For the price, I really thought the maintenance would be easier.

"These clippers feel sturdy and do a pretty..."
These clippers feel sturdy and do a good job cutting. To be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but they handled the basics well and seem like they’ll hold up. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Decent clipper, but I’d compare options first"
I bought an Andis clipper and it works fine overall, but i don’t think it’s worth what I paid. For the price, I was expecting something a little more impressive. It kind of feels like you’re paying extra for the brand name more than anything else. If you’re thinking about getting one, I’d say ask around, read a few comparisons, and maybe check out some other brands before spending the money
